The success of your rental property experience will rise or fall on tenant selection. We at Loop Property have a very careful and thorough selection process for and on behalf of our clients. A detailed application by prospective tenants is necessary; provision of employment history, previous rental history, income evidence and so on is required. Regular inspections of our clients’ properties are mandatory after which each client receives a written report including recommendations.
Our clients properties are showcased on the major websites which can be supported by newspaper advertising, For Lease boards and in some cases brochures, internal/ external photography plus if required a floor plan can also be incorporated. Loop Property will only conduct an open for inspection or inspections by appointment; at no time do we allow unescorted inspections via a deposit on a key. Security and meeting prospective tenants are vital. Loop Property are accredited members of the R.E.I.V. Our professional industry body, who provide their members amongst other things with ongoing support, training, market and legislative updates and changes. This further enables our clients to be kept at the forefront so far as their property investment is concerned.
